ancient beams comfortable bedding
the room felt authentic with ancient beams and unique furniture. it was clean upon arrival with comfortable bedding. i liked the cathedral view from the private bathroom across the hall.

the double room featured ancient beams and unique furniture that added to its charm. comfortable bedding and provided dressing gowns. the room was clean and neat when i arrived.

breakfast included a croissant, a pain au chocolat, an apple, and orange juice.. it was simple and satisfactory. this breakfast was suitable for a quick start to the day. there were humbugs on the bedside table, a nice touch.

the historic building features thick stone walls that provide good sound insulation. secondary glazing on the windows also helps to reduce outside noise. the pub downstairs is well-kept and adds to the overall experience.

i found my double room private bathroom very cozy. plenty of comfy bedding was available, and i liked the plug socket close to the bed.
the breakfast plate left outside had cold water.
